Gladiator’s first BD competition

Gladiator is our home bred 6 years old gelding, son of Oscar. Last weekend was the first time I had competed him in dressage and what a good boy he was. He got his first affiliated points in his prelim class (prelim 2) where he was 1st place with over 71% then he went on to achieve a higher score of over 72% in his second test which was novice level (novice 27) where he was 2nd place. I was delighted with his behavior throughout the entire day. I am very proud of the horse that he is becoming and looking forward to competing with him this summer.
