Edward and Elle

"Since the first day I set eyes on Elle back in August last year, I’ve loved her and she has become one of my best and most trusted friends in this world. I adore her, I’ve come to understand her, she understands me and that famous Friesian – Human bond is now incredibly strong. She has this amazing ability to just suck any stress out of me by just being in my presence. I stay away a lot for work and I’m greeted each and every time I return by her in the same silent way, she licks her lips, does her chewing action and walks over to me, bows her tall frame down to my level and lets me stroke her soft face and if she could speak English she would be saying ‘hello my dear friend’. She is now well known around here and even non ‘horse people’ stop and comment on how beautiful she is with here metre long main and massive swishy tail, she commands such presence, I’m very proud of her.

I feel extremely privileged to know such a gracious and gentle being.
