Claire and Marike

I know that some of you would like to know how Marike our “neglected mare” is getting on at her new home with her new owner. I think this time Marike has gone to a great home and Claire has found her dream horse. I am so, so glad that this mare will now have the life that she deserves and with someone who adores her already!

Had a wonderful ride today, what a dream Marike was, absolutely gorgeous ride. I love the way her ears nearly touch together & having that beautiful head & neck in front made me feel so proud. She feels beautiful & is beautiful. As you say also she’s going to look better & better too…. Marike was so good. We rode around the field first, walk & trot & then just around the outside of the house. I had to go & get the kids from school & ran out of time otherwise I’d have gone a bit further, can’t wait to ride her again! She did have one little neigh when we set off, how cute & you are right she did listen back too, very funny that she does that.

I can’t tell you how delighted I am Janine, everything about her I absolutely love. She is a dream girl in the stable, loves attention, grooming etc just as you said & rides like a dream.

I will definitely keep in touch, let you know how we progress & ask any questions….. Marike has found herself a wonderful home here you do not need to worry about that what so ever…. She is truly home now. Thank you for bringing us together.
