A true horseman

Last week I travelled down to Southampton and visited some stallions who I had sold. It was fantastic to see how well they have been trained by owner Mr Jimmy Searle. They are stunning boys and doing very well with their job, which is being part of a driving team for weddings and funerals etc.
Jimmy is a true horseman and it was a privilege to experience what he and his horses are capable of, which is everything from driving, bowing, lying down when asked and he even rode one of the stallions at the same time as long reining another. I can’t describe how impressive it all was. People like Jimmy are very rare, the confidence that he gives to horses is unlike anyone who I have seen before. Very few people would have the combined competence and confidence that this man has.
